Bring extra snacks with you! We’ll have lots of activities, so you might get hungry during the day.

What kind of activities will there be at camp?

Each day, we’ll have a number of activities to sign up for, including field games, arts & crafts, swimming, sing-alongs, educational nature walks, and more.

Each camper will also choose a group (drama, art, music) and have time to meet with their fellow group members to prepare a performance for Saturday night’s big event, the Cicada Ball.

Should I come to camp with friends?

Yes! Invite your friends to join you at camp. You will be able to camp together, and you’ll also make new friends during Camp Cicada weekend.

Will there be camp counselors?

Each activity type and Cicada Ball performance group will have a counselor who’ll guide you throughout the weekend, and make sure you know where you’re going, and what you’ll be doing and when.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! We have a limited number of volunteer spots. Please write to hi@campcicada.com if you are interested in volunteering at Camp Cicada. Volunteers will also receive a discounted ticket.
